The prices above do not reflect 11.42% general excise and transient accommodations tax. Housekeeping fee depending on length of stay. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. GUESTS ARRIVING FROM KONA WILL RECEIVE A BAG OF 'HONU JAVA' COFFEE GROWN RIGHT IN THE VALLEY! A FRESH TROPICAL FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WILL GREET ALL OF OUR GUESTS ON ARRIVAL! RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT WHICH IS 50% OF THE TOTAL CHARGE. THE DEPOSIT IS DUE IN 7 DAYS OF BOOKING AND THE BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. DIRECTIONS TO THE COTTAGE AND CHECK IN INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED WHEN THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED LESS $100.00 IF WE ARE ABLE TO BOOK THE SPACE FOR ANOTHER PARTY.
